A dedicated team behind every awardee

These grants come with more than funding. The Planning and Capacity Building Administrator Team, led by Data for Social Good, alongside Momentum and the Institute for Sustainable Communities, will serve as the grant administration team, working hand in hand with each awardee from the very beginning through project completion. The team’s goal is simple and unwavering: to support every recipient at each step of the journey, ensuring that each project has the resources, guidance, and partnership it needs to succeed.

Looking ahead

This is just the beginning. With planning underway and momentum building, the coming months will see these projects move from vision to action, and we could not be more excited about what lies ahead. We look forward to celebrating the lasting change these awardees will create in their communities.
